Exchanges & Returns
What is your exchange & return policy?
You may make an exchange or return if the item(s) are unworn, undamaged, with tags and sanitary linings still intact. We allow returns up to 14 days of delivery.
To initiate the return or exchange, please visit our return center with your order number and email address.
Once received, we will inspect that the product(s) is not damaged or worn. If unworn and undamaged, we will credit your purchase upon inspection. If we determine the product(s) is damaged or worn, we will return the original product(s) once the customer has paid for the shipping both to and from Coastline Swimwear in a timely manner.
How long do I have to make a return or exchange?
We allow returns up to 14 days of delivery.
Can I return a sale item?
All items marked "sale" are final - no exchanges or returns will be accepted. This includes already marked down items and / or items used with a promo code unless otherwise specified.
Bikini Care
How do I take care of my new bikini?
- Hand-wash it in cold water using a mild soap right after each use.
- When drying, let it bask in the shade—no direct sunlight, please!
- Be gentle and avoid twisting or wringing it out while drying.
- To keep your colors vibrant, try to steer clear of heavily chlorinated pools.
